everything about "gOds" !

Why & When... gOds ??

gOds was created in September 1994 on Amiga. The former members were in those groups: Iris, Intense & Nova. When gOds was created the decision was to put all the creative powers together. We were tired for some of them to be in a big structure, something too heavy to be able to release a good production, or to see his works never used because "the friend of the boss" is always choosed first, or... or...
Nobody wanted to join the other team. So, we had only a few solutions...

And we finally choosed the last option. We had a very large range of dead groups and our choice went to the RIP Swedish group called 'Gods'. This swedish group was active during the beginning of the Nineties (90/91).

In gOds, we kept the Family Spirit. We have regularly some meeting (or try to have) where we talk about everything and, of course, nothing. But, it's not because gOds is a group based on friendship that we can do 'crap productions' or that everybody can join us...
gOds is, of course, open to everybody talented... you mustn't be wellknow to join the crew... we give a chance to everybody...

gOds is an European Group, everything started in 1994 with members in Norway, France and Sweden. In 1995, the Swedishs left us and a German joined. Welcome to Germany. In 1996 (December), gOds strikes back in Europe with England. Around July 1997, we open a subsidiary in Poland !!!

1998 is the cleanup year, many members decided to leave the scene or the group and you can find now just the real gOds. End of 1998, our first member in Finland. In end of 1997, we got the first place at The Saturne Party, in 1998 we got the first place at The Gathering and at The Party. gOds is the demo group of 1998 !

Without doubts, 1999 is the year of gOds on the PC scene. Not that much productions but each production brings the demo scene one step farer !

In 2001, gOds is back on Amiga with new members and productions.
